7. St. Jude actually.

Edited to add: St. Anthony's the guy you're supposed to pray to when looking for lost objects, he's not cause-oriented.

16. Consider yourself lucky.
I wonder about the important stuff I don't remember because useless information like this is hogging all my brain cells. Maybe the fact that I'm still in Jersey is a part of the problem.

8.  Referring to those Edwards has stood up for, against corporations..
I presume.
To refer to those injured by corporate greed over human safety, tells just whose side Obama policy will truely favor.
Edwards'words and lifetime of work is in sync.
I like Obama also, but there is just something about his rise to fame that I don't trust. Can't even say exactly what it is. Just know that this stupid statement reinforces my doubt.

13. Nah, just the Patron Saint of Any Cause He Thinks Can Get Him Votes
Sort of like Mitt Romney, in reverse, the way I see it.

17. If Edwards is the Patron Saint of Lost Causes,
he's in damn good company:

"I guess this is just another lost cause, Mr. Paine. All you people don't know about lost causes. Mr. Paine does. He said once they were the only causes worth fighting for. And he fought for them once, for the only reason any man ever fights for them; because of just one plain simple rule: 'Love thy neighbor.'... And you know that you fight for the lost causes harder than for any other. Yes, you even die for them. "

19. Someone should have said that to Samuel Gompers, or Martin Luther King.
"Sorry, lost cause, give it up."

Obama describes as inevitable?)
