Poll question: What do you think. Will we or won't we invade and try to beat down Iran,
or will cooler heads prevail?

2. I give it until May at the latest before we "defend" ourselves by attacking Iran
Wonder if bomb shelters are making comeback yet?

4. I don't know what to think
but the whole thing makes me REALLY edgey. And Bush/Cheney are stupid enough to do it...

Hopefully some of those working behind the scenes (Clark, Kerry) can do something to defuse the tensions.

6. No attack on Iran - not now - not in a month - not this year.
It would be completely counterproductive.

There is no political, economic or diplomatic sense to it. There is no moral justification for it. there are 100,000+ troops that would be cut off in hostile territory in the middle of a region that would erupt.

There is also the added factor that we have heard it before. If you think the protests over the Iraq war were big, wait until you see the size of the Iran protests.

Bush can't catch world famous ex-CIA protégé Osama Bin Laden - remember him - the guy still hasn't fixed the aftermath of Katrina: what chance has he of successfully waging wars on THREE fronts. (four if you count 'The War Against Terror')?
