As the Germans found out in WWI, chlorine is a pretty lame poison-gas weapon. It's heavier than air, requires fairly high concentration to be toxic, and isn't easily dispersed. So far, there have been three truck-bomb attacks in the last week; the death toll has been lower than you'd expect from conventional explosives, although dozens of people have been made ill. The Iraqi government today said they think it's from a convoy hijacking, where 160 tons of liquid chlorine meant for a water purification plant was stolen.

I'm sure talk radio's going to claim we've finally found the WMDs in Iraq.
