2. Cool! I love Rachel.
She makes so much more sense than most of the bloviating egos on the TV machine these days.

6. TERRIFIC! Now I want to see her replace bow tie boy!
I've been hoping for that for months. I've heard there's a possibility but I have no idea if there's any truth to them.

8. Excellent news, thanks for posting!
And it was made even better by Tweety's stammering confusion as he announced it!

11. Yes indeed!
Ed Schultz was working for that position I think.

We need more females on the MSM who speak their minds, not the rhetoric to keep a job!

14. Great news- I'm always relieved when she's on the panel -
I ESPECIALLY love the "duets" with Rachel and Pat Buchanan- these are terrific to watch. She's tremendous- kudos to MSNBC (and to all of the DU folks who, like me, sent notes to MSNBC about how much we appreciate her and the importance of having her voice on these panels). Go Rachel! Now how do we get them to fire Tucker and replace him with Rachel? Any ideas? How about a show with just Rachel Maddow and Pat Buchanan- Maddow and Buchanan- I like that (alough I'll bet Pat would get top billing which is only fair). Think of it this way- it would be the MSNBC version of Hannity and Combs (except with brains)?

Any one agree? If so, drop a note to MSNBC....
That would give Fox a run for their money~!

20. I actually sent an e-mail to MSNBC just this afternoon...
When they announced the panel, and she wasn't a part of it. I didn't comment on her not being on the panel, but told them that I always appreciated hearing her analysis, and thought she should have a regular show. Glad to know I clearly was far from alone in asking for this. I've got to agree that Buchanan and she would work very well together.

23. It would be fun to watch- Buchanan and Maddow-- really fun to watch!
They could bring on all sorts of good guests and the rule would be that they each had to interview the guests furthest away from their own views. So, Buchanan interviews the progressives, Rachel get to have a go at the "red team". I'm loving this idea actually....

Wicked cool. I really like watching her and Buchanan. He seems to enjoy sparring with her, too. I'd love tosee her go up against Tweety's pal, Peggy (space woman) Noonan.
