it is some sort of medical condition---have you ever noticed how he breathes? It sounds almost as though he's on a breathing machine, at times.

Don't always agree with him - disagreeing even more lately - but I think he's about as nonpartisan as these guys get and a good-hearted guy to boot.

Plus I think he's a little twisted in a harmless way, and I always like that.
