Did Obama or Edwards congratulate Sen. Clinton on her victory today?
I know on MSNBC this evening they said Obama had no public schedule today and was going home to Chicago (or already there..)

Anyway, I ws curious....has either the Obama or Edwards camps congratulated Sen. Clinton on her victory today?

"Congratulations to Senator Clinton for her win in Nevada. Our campaign is very grateful to all those who demonstrated the loyalty and dedication to stand up for John Edwards in the face of very difficult circumstances and long odds, including our brothers and sisters in Nevada from the Carpenters, Steelworkers, Transport Workers, and Communications Workers of America.

UPDATE.....oh wait, that's John Edwards for President campaign manager, former Congressman David Bonior.

I have to keep looking.

3. I missed his speech. Did he have one live? I was remodeling my mom's bath today
and was only able to duck in and out sometimes. I missed all three of our candidates speeches. :-(

6. I didn't see one live. The only speeches I saw were
from Hillary, Romney and McCain.

I can't even find newspaper reaction quotes from Edwards and Obama.

2. Obama camp made a statement from Chicago but it was about his contributions from Tony Rezko
related persons. Tainted money. Rezko is the guy who helped Obama in his home purchase in 2005.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080120/ap_on_el_pr/obama_rezko_1

The decision to dispose of the money came after the Chicago Sun-Times reported Saturday that Obama is the unnamed "political candidate" mentioned in one paragraph of a 78-page prosecution document that outlines the case against Rezko.

Rezko, a longtime fundraiser for Obama, is charged with fraud, attempted extortion and money laundering. Prosecutors say he conspired to get campaign money and payoffs from firms seeking to do business before two state boards.

Obama has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

The returned money includes three $10,000 contributions from donors that the campaign identified as having connections to Rezko. They are Michel Malek, Craig Morgan and Elie Maloof.

When prosecutors unsealed their charges against Rezko in October 2006, Obama gave $11,500 in Rezko contributions to charities.

7. Last week Obama's lot wouldnt respond to this

looks like they are "having" to respond to it now. If they are having to defend, then there must be trouble brewing.
