5. That is one truly amazing comment!
Just to be clear, you feel that Hillary as president would be just the same as bush, correct?

As president, Hillary Clinton would politicize the government, lie constantly, approve torture, ignore the Constitution, ignore terrorist warnings, start wars for no reason, bankrupt our treasury, allow a major American city be destroyed, submit mindlessly to an evil vice president, deny global warming, appoint incompetent cronies to important posts, cut taxes for only the super-rich, block stem-cell research, force abstinence-only sex education into our schools, ruin our reputation in the world, poison our air and water, merge church and state, and appoint right-wing wackos to the Supreme Court, is that what you are saying?

I'm not a Hillary nut, but it's hard for me to see how anyone could believe what you said. Same as the old boss? That's just plain crazy!

9. that's fine... we'll wait and see

I think you'll be surprised when the march towards fascism continues.

I thought when Clinton was elected in 92 that we'd see some sanity, but we didn't. In fact, he escalated the 'war' on drugs, thereby paving the road for the 'war' on terror. If you think Hillary is going to do anything to reverse the slide towards fascism, I think you'll be surprised that she will not, and in fact she will escalate it.

16. Sounds about right to me.
The Fembot doesn't have to do everything precisely the same way the Drunken Monkey did. All she has to do is present a different face, and not appear to be drunk in public the way the Monkey did. Soon enough you'll be begging for Mommy to whip you.

15. Ahh, shades of stupid Naderites
and their insipid "a Gore administration will be no different than a Bush administration" rhetoric.

17. as I've said, we'll wait and see... but I'm not holding my breath for 'change'
Bill Clinton didn't change anything. I don't believe Hillary will be any different. But laugh it up. Be flip. Stick your head in the sand and proclaim your candidates difference. We'll see. But when nothing changes, I would ask that you be honest and admit it. I'll do the same.

mark my words: nothing will change. If I'm wrong, I'll take it back, but I don't think I'll be wrong.

One year from today Bush will be taking out the crayons to write a note to his successor ...

7. One Year From Today - Bush will be on a plane to Paraguay
To live out the rest of his days on his 99,000 acre compound, complete with military base, landing strip, and giant fresh water aquifer, etc.

I hope the peasants there rise up and throw him into irons since the peasants here did not have the will.

13. To quote an old British folk song:
"Oh, the prickly bush
Does pierce my heart full sore,
And if ever I get away from that bush,
I'll never be caught any more!"

The whole world will give a giant cheer when he goes!

23. The damage caused by the Bush administration couldn't be
repaired in 30 years even under the best of future political leadership. They have profoundly damaged the U.S., not to mention Iraq.
