When i went to bed last night i thought the world was ending.
Reading posts here made me believe that the Sun would super nova and the earth would suddenly stop rotating, based on a trivial event in Nevada. Well let me tell you it is sunny and cold, and i am pretty sure i am firmly held in my seat by gravity. So i guess maybe the predictions here are to be taken VERY lightly.

Cheers.

2. Don't be too sure about the gravity
after all, it's only a theory.

3. That's a good attitude, Lib!
When Obama lost the NH Primary, I was devastated for about an hour. Then, suddenly, I realized that everything was going to be all right.

5. Same here.
Good to know I had company in my despondency last night. It looked for a while like H.C. was heading for a sweep. The later report that it had been a close race left me much relieved.

10. Well, the sun won't go super nova until about 500,000,000 years.
I'm not personally worried about that. However, at the age of 72, one stops thinking about waiting out problems for as many years as it might take.

We have suffered through several decades of Republicanism. And now, we might be on the verge of seeing a Democrat in office. That's good. However, I can't help but to have some serious misgivings about the two front running candidates. At this point, I can only hope that my worries about the candidates are unfounded.
