What was really behind Bush's Middle East trip.
Israel-Palestinian peace? Nah. Support against Iran? Not really. More oil production? Please sir, can I 'ave some more. That will work...Not.
The reason is that they are scared shitless that the oil producing countries will stop selling oil in dollars and switch to Euros. The devastation this will do this country is immeasurable. The dollar will collapse and oil could reach $150 in no time.
So macho G W went hat in hand and begged the Saudis to not change currencies.

2. Best word used during the Nevada debate....
..."pathetic." (Attributed to H. Clinton). The Insane President went to his Middle East pimps to suck balls and what did he come back with? A couple of baubles like any harem whore.

George W. Bush is the epitome of what I call a male rhymes-with-hunt. I have pages of RepublickCONS who fit this description.

3. I think bush is just riding out his last year
I think mostly what it was, was just a visit to his friends "pleasure palaces" all we saw him do was relax, have fun, and stare at the young girls dancing with a weird grin on his face.

4. And sitting at the horse show, all crumpled up and looking terrified of the Scary Aminuls on the
other side of the glass wall.

What are we supposed to think he could accomplish by tearing through eight counries in six days or six countries in eight days, whatever it was?

The speeches extolling The Great Dangers of Iran fell on deaf ears there, so I suppose he was just using the M.E. as a podium for another TerraTerraTerra speech to the American public.

Wasn't Iraq threatening to start trading oil in Euros just before we roared in there???

8. Serious jack appears to have been involved....
...in that bling. "The Wolf of the Desert?" Looks more like The Whore of the Sauds to me.

6. He wanted to avoid the slap-in-the-face fact that not a single Repub candidate
wants their sitting Repub president to come within ten feet of them during the caucuses and primaries.
So he decided to go away. Where is there a 20-sq-ft patch of earth where he is not despised?
Oh, yeah - where the oil wells are.
So what if it required him to hold hands with an ugly bearded guy for two days, to sway lightly at his side
and pretend to be interested in the dancers?
At least he didn't have to have any press conferences or answer any questions.
And he got to wear a fur robe and pretend he was a king,
instead of a dictator.

10.  who would know , we have such a open media full of expert talking
heads . What we are left with is speculation mixed with a giant dose of spinning BS .

We know they got military hardware which so far to my knowledge they have never fought a war so they must sell it to the highest bidder , great way of putting weapons into the wrong hands .

He could have gone there to get them to cut oil prices but then bush contiues to claim our economy is great , never better, not to mention bushs war in Iraq slowed down production to boost oil prices .

It's anyones guess why he was there , you could go as far as to say he went their to see the baby jesus home and the water he walked across for his last end days before the rapture hoping he has a good standing once he opens up WW III or is it IV ?
