For someone who is theoretically progressive on a channel supposedly devoted to progressives, it's ridiculous. Bad enough to use obscenities to refer to a righty without any substance, but to do it to a fellow Democrat is horrible. I find it hard to believe (well not really) that some appear to be offering a half hearted defense of this here based on "free speech" or whatever.

Lynn Samuels can say whatever the fuck she wants but that doesn't mean anyone has to think it's okay.
