Latest faking news #3: Judge in Guliani birthday case will decide by tomorrow

Today Judge Myron Gertz finished hearing from Guliani and his attorneys on his request to have his birthday changed to September 11.

Ignatius Price, Guliani's attorney said after the hearing, "We explained to the judge that this was not a political stunt by the former Mayor. Mr Guliani will be forever linked with the events on 9/11. One could easily argue that 9/11 was a date meant for Mr. Guliani."

An anonymous source who was present in the court said, "Mr Guliani presented witnesses who said that God created Rudy Guliani for 9/11. And that Guliani saved all of New York on 9/11."

Court documents on the case have shown that, "In light of the events on September 11, 2001 and the heroics of Mr Guliani on that day, Mr Guliani is requesting that his birth-date be changed to 9/11 and his birth year be changed to 911 AD."

The documents do show that should the judge reject 911 AD, Mr Guliani would accept the birth year 911 BC.

A third option given by Mr Guliani would be the year 1097 AD, which would make Mr Guliani 911 years old. If the judge accepts the 3rd option, Mr Guliani requests that the year of birth be changed every year by 1 to keep his age as 911 years old.
