10. Aside from the 8 year difference...

The first shot is a professional headshot whereas the second is a screencap or photo from a press conference. Big difference! Any photographer will assure you, the first picture has been touched up and made to look nice since it's the "offical" photo. The second is just a live-action shot.

Use two live-action photos to compare. It would be more accurate.

he's had face peels, excuse me, he's had "pre-cancerous lesions" removed from his face, and all in all, he's had pretty good skin care, a little botox on the forehead and he'd be good to go as far as looks, considering his years

the problem is he's ugly on the inside and you can't fix that

I've always seen the evil in his face and I amazed that I'm the only person that could see it. He reminds me of the Steven King movie where the presidential candidate used the child as a shield.
