Wanted: Predictions for the IMPEACHMENT/SOTU
How do you think Monday will play out?

Kucinich has been preparing Chimpy's Impeachment papers for months now. We all know the Democratic *Leaders* will not let it go anywhere, but what will he get into the record, and what will the sound bites be?

He has 50+ pages, 935 documented lies, and crimes galore to talk about.

I predict a very short and embarrassing SOTU from a very small, very weak, criminal.

1. expect terror, terror, terror (or is it terra, terra, terra) and a beating of the chest about how he
gave his blood, sweat and tears to the fighting of terrarists, alqaeda and bin laden plus how he will continue to fight terra terra terra to the last day that he is in the white house (and only heaven knows when that will be because i don't think he is going to adhere to any elections results ... and worse yet, he might even perpetrate another assault on us so he can get to stay in).

2. If the media would cover the impeachment
story prior to the SOTU, it could be very interesting, but what do you want to bet it doesn't even get a mention?

4. The Impeachment effort will only get mentioned if those in Congress
create another scene like when dickie's came up. Hopefully, someone will make a brouhaha.

3. Blah, blah, economic shot in the arm, blah, blah terra, blah
blah, war is going peachy. Media will be all over it, spinning it like a ferris wheel. Round and round.

Dennis' Impeachment Article will get zero coverage and our "Dem" (and I do very much mean those quotes) leadership will either ignore it or talk of the unimportance of Impeachment or how it's a waste of time.

Our Constitution is a waste of time to these people. What false hope I had for our D led congress. For shame.

5. I wish our *Dems* would protest the SOTU, and leave the place half empty.

6. Have to be a big sale on spines at the WalMart for that to happen.

7. In our dreams
That would make quite a statement, but of course it would also take a spine, which most of our "leadership" lacks.

8. That would be a sure way
to get trounced in the election.

Believe it or not, voters like their representatives to behave like adults.

10. I like adult behavior, too.
I also like principles and action. I don't look forward to our representatives smiling and applauding the *honor* to be in a criminal's presence.

You are probably right that it would cost votes. It would be used by the media.

But, it would make me proud.

9. predictions? ok
- Kucinich's impeachment run will end up (at best) in committee, from there it will fall accidently into a trash can and suffer spontaneous combustion by then generous use of gasoline and a match

- SOTU: bush will spend an hour trying to create a legacy, telling us we're all going to die if the dems win white house, make his wealthy-fare taxcuts credits permanment. tweety will gush over how manly bush sounded while giving his last SOTU.
