Blessed Mike of God (Huckabee)
My podcast this week is focused on Mike Huckabee or "Blessed Mike of God" as I like to call him.

People like this man have not even a nodding acquaintance with the principles this nation was founded upon. (Or the "wall" between church and state.) What do you think?

If you have something to add to the discussion, there's a phone number for you to call. IF YOU'RE A SONGWRITER who has something to say... get me your music.

PEACE

3. I had a quick listen
I'm a Leo Kottke fan, myself, but I DO appreciate your country twang!

Nice going from one guitar man to another!

4. Oh man!
I am NOT a country artist. But, I had to write and record those songs in that genre. (I mean, if you're gonna make a point, gotta know where to make it land.)

Thanks

5. They sure landed!
Point well taken. TFT basically takes stuff that is well-known and
parodies the lyrics, à la Allan Sherman, albeit, far less benevolently
(as in "The Evolution").

2. Try this:
www.myspace.com/thefreedomtoast

go to the selection of songs to the right and click on "The Evolution"

"The Bible says the world was made in just six days
"And science isn't real, it's just a passing phase"
"So, come on, come on, don't teach evolution to me!
