11. the best thing i ever did for myself was to stop eating fastfood.

dec. 15th 2004 was the lst time i had any, same for my daughter and husband. Good luck if you try and stop eating it, i swear ou will not miss it at all.

12. I've gained a few pounds sitting at this desk but I have

been wondering lately what that would be like. And more so, what it would be like to have ALL toxins out of my body. I think about the way the average American, like me, eats genetically modified and processed foods full of chemicals and preservatives and God only knows what else. I so long for a more localized and organic, fast food- and republican-free existance.
