What other manipulations will Shrub try and pull off before his last ever SOTU address next week.

He is desperately trying to come up with things to brag about. It is his legacy afterall...

Maybe a little "stimulus" $$$ will help America forget about the worst foreign policy blunder in American history, the prime mortgage housing disaster, going through the roof gas prices, etc.

What else will Shrub come up with before Monday?

This is the very, very last time he will ever stand before Congress and spew more SOTU bullshit.
