2. He posted there specifically because he got his ass handed to him
by Kos people over having a partisan guest (who called Edwards a LOSER in a column) on the show.

It's not a thing full of a zillion entries.

7. does Kos have a PM system?
I've been a member over there for a long time but don't think I've posted more than a few times. I find it difficult to navigate. But there's something I've been wanting to tell Keith for a while.

9. You have to have an account to post messages.
It doesn't look like Keith left an e-mail address.

10. Wouldn't it just be easier to think a little more about what he says/does on air?
Instead of then having to go back and apologize for it on Kos?

11. He DOES think about it. Plenty. That's pretty obvious.
The story here is a bit wrong, too.

His first diary was not about anyone he had on his show...it was to say, in essence, "Hey, all of you who have been accusing me of being a shill for this candidate or that candidate...I'M NOT, so get the hell off my back already."

Of course, some of them still didn't believe him.

The SECOND diary was about having Lawrence O'Donnell on his show, having not realized how inflammatory that appearance was going to be, given that O'D had just published a piece on Huffington titled "John Edwards Is a Loser."

In that case, he apologized because he wasn't really entirely aware of who was going to be his guests that night (they had been arranged fairly quickly) and he wasn't yet aware of the offensive article.

The third one he just put up is just kind of a comment on how he felt when he learned that Mukasey has a portrait of Orwell in his office.

It's seemed pretty obvious to me for a long time that he thinks quite a bit about what he says and does on the air. Possibly too much.

I hope he doesn't get into the habit of thinking he has to explain his every action.
