Send your radio station a message: Boot the "pro life" nut cases
Edited on Sat Jan-26-08 02:04 PM by WileEcoyote
While very glad to see a return of the oldies station KFRC in San Francisco I was dismayed to hear an ad broadcast from those assholes at "Second look". A group of idiots trying to over turn Roe V Wade.

So everyone please chime in. Call KFRC at 1 866 929 1069 and tell them to get their ad money's from somewhere else.

If not? Well then tell KFRC to expect no business from their other advertizers. Some of their major sponspors are;

Bayareahelpwanted.com
Match.com
Listerine
HD Radio
Turbo Tax
H & R Block.

OK and be sure to follow up with a handwritten letter to KFRC describing your displeasure at them taking money from that group of retards.

Other than that you may continue to listen to KFRC and all the oldies. Why not? I love them especially the Beatles and Casey Kasems Saturday and Sunday am shows.

But rest assured i will not buy any of their advertized products until KFRC dumps the insane "Second Lookd" jerks.

The San Francisco bay Area is a diversified intelligent community. The totally wrong demographic for anti family planning group

Again, the comment line is: 1 866 929 1069. Send them back to the red States where the folks have a room temperature IQ.

Am not at my own compueter and haven't enough time now to get KFRC's physical address. Apologies for that. But will post the address again when able.

best,

Wiley

1. For Those Of Us Who Don't Live In San Francisco,.....
Is there anything that those of us who do not live in the San Francisco area can do about this outrage?

2. Call them anyway
1 866 929 1069 is the number.

Flood these folks with "hate messages". Obviously you don't want threats of violence or stupid stuff. Just call them. They won't check where the call cames from. A well worded "We won't buy products from your sponsors if you take money from anti family planning idiots" will go a long ways.

I'll get the physical address of KFRC soon.

In a way I don't blame them for taking money. KFRC was off the air for several years. They only started back up recently and we old timers really missed them while gone.Couldn't find any Steve Miller, Bee Gee's Stevie Wonder etc. for the past couple years on the radio locally. So it is good that they are on the air. KFRC has existed as an oldies station for maybe forty years.

So when you make sure to let them know you intend to listen and buy products from their other sponsors AFTER they dump the so called "pro life" ads. Try to sound supportive but adamant against the false Christian nut case support.
