7. He does not go "to hug her". He uses her as a leaning-post. He does that with many people.

It is an insulting action to use people as physical objects to lean on (let alone rubbing peoples' heads), diminish and demean. He needs to try to physically demean others in order to elevate his own measly, worthless self.

To me the picture is mostly illustrative of the sick and defective personality of bush.
