a company (John's Manville ???) and the head of that company convinced
Dick that Haliburton should buy his company. He did not tell Dick that
his company was facing billions in damages due to asbestos litigation
by former employees.

The former employees have a disease called MESOTHELIOMA
in which your lungs break down and you drown in your own
fluids. Cheney has used his power as veep to try to get out of
that obligation siting "trial lawyer's abuse of the system" and
has tried to get the law changed.

So there you are dying a nasty death and this billionaire creep is trying
