Is John McCain Ross Perot's crazy uncle in the attic?

I find it fascinating that such an utterly insane person can be taken seriously. He belongs in a straight jacket. He's like the way the media tried to paint Dean's Scream in 2004, except he's like that ALL THE TIME! Un-freaking-hinged.

1. I thought Ross Perot...
was Ross Perot's crazy uncle in the attic.

Seriously, though, I think McCain's public persona is of a grandfatherly, self-deprecating guy. Plus, people give him a little extra deference because of the war-hero thing. While he may be nuts, it could be hard to get that out to the general public without looking like jerks. That's my main concern dealing with McCain.

3. Perhaps. But Perot was right at the end of the day, wasn't he?

NAFTA sucked our jobs right out of the country. As he warned about.

Laugh all you like because you thought he looked funny and had a hight squeaky voice. But he was right.

4. Close... McCain lives in an old tool shed down near the stockyard
the guy is crazy. He's fucking nuts and people somehow have forgotten this. You should see all the empty bottles of Thunderbird and Wild Irish Rose. The dude smells like cheap salve and bug spray.

5. The problem is that he DOES NOT live in an old tool shed near the stockyards.
He's a wanna be aristocrat, like most repubs. He's willing to debase himself for power and glory. Even after the party trashed him about his wife and child, he came crawling back and gave Little Boots a big kiss the the Repuke convention.

He has a nice house in Arizona. He's one of the "elite" and wants the top job.

He's willing to crawl for it. McCain is one of the biggest pieces of shit to come down the pike since Tom DeLay.
