Brutal police strip-search caught on video

This whole situation is appalling and outrageous. First, there are male police officers physically restraining this woman while she is being stripped. Secondly, this woman was the victim, the one who had initially called 911 in the first place.

It just makes you wonder how many times this occurs where there is no video footage.
