Are repukes THAT soulless....CSPAN on Katrina housing/trailers

so I am watching CSPAN, and the hearings are about billions of dollars sitting in treasuries not being used for permament housing. The mention of the formeldahyde trailers - republican idiot is actually arguing whether those trailers are toxic

Umm what about the fact its been 2 1/2 yrs???
