George Tenet at Georgetown University, in a very rare public appearance of a CIA Director.

His remark was in the context of the lies about WMD's in Iraq.

I agree with this much of the quote "No one..." because it was, in fact, from many sources-but they were all lies and all being "told" in many venues.

From Doug Feith's Office of Special Plans to Richard Cheney's numerous unprecedented "visits" to the CIA, to the involvement of his daughter Elizabeth as a State Department employee involved with ME "economics" (oil) while most likely being a political operative for her daddy and the other traitors that went so far as to deliberately expose the identity of a CIA covert operative that was keeping tabs on real WMD's (nuclear weapons).

"No one.." because the lies and "game plans" coming from so many-Ahmed Chalabi and the PNAC neocons, so-called stove piped "intelligence" that were nothing but lies.

Lies from married couples like the Ledeens and the Wurmsers, lies from politicized extremists close to the intelligence community like James Woolsey and Porter Goss.

Notable individuals like David Addington, Richard Perle, Andrew Card and Karl Rove.

And all that after this criminal administration had ignored the numerous specific warnings from our intelligence and law enforcement communities as well as foreign sources about al Qaeda plans to attack.

It is worth remembering those words spoken by George Tenet 4 years ago just before so-called Super Tuesday.

"No one told us what to say or how to say it..." but the script was followed anyway.

A script that is still is being followed. Accountability as well as the rule of law and our Constitution have been extraordinarily rendered away to some dark places.
