I am moving to CA next month and a tad busy. I do develop websites now for a living (utilizing .net/aspx/mssql) so it would not take much to add one more site. Since I work from home now as well I would have the time.

If you don't find anyone keep me in mind, or if you find someone short term and need someone long term.

Do you have an admin website where you can easily add the text and have the sites updated? Not sure how your website works and specifically what you need and the delivery method.
