5. Not many basements in this part of the world....
But my dog and I are in the safest place we can be in the house.

Shit the damn weather is focusing in on my neighborhood again.

6. Over Monrovia and Harvest right now.
Cyclical supercell and no tornado at the moment.

If you are in the area, keep your ears open.

7. I used to go to school back there. Sirens still bring back
bad memories.

Be careful.

8. Thanks. The worst seems to be past me right now
but things still look rough near Cullman.

10. Thanks. Seems as if it's all over but the rain now. But if there's anyone here in Marshall County
you folks might want to keep your heads up.

Damn, that was close. Spotters reported a funnel less than a mile away from my house.

11. Really close
You're lucky. It's going to be a hell of a day in the south. 27 deaths so far, hundreds of injuries and an awful lot of damage.

13. Dodged a bullet. I'm going back to bed and hope the sirens don't go off again.
It's been some nasty weather for sure. I think TN got the worst of it though.

12. Less than a mile? Jeez. You want to be at least 500 miles from a tornado!
There's just nothing fun about NIGHT TORNADOES. It seems sadistic, doesn't it?

Hope the whole storm is gone, and the season ahead will be mild in your area. Good luck.
