The latest AP-Ipsos survey suggests that just 30% of Americans think President Bush is doing a good job.

That's a record low for the commander in chief, but even fewer Americans -- 22% -- seem to approve of Congress.

Just one in four respondents says the country's headed in the right direction.

Bush, however, sounds undaunted.
