"Pimping out" - what a mess.
Matthews of MSNBC has a mouth. He probably has pictures, too, or something that keeps him on the air despite such inanity.
Several of the bloated lip beauties also bloviating on cable are worse than insulting. Nora is a prime example. Another on was commenting on how "AMAZING" it was to see someone play guitar. (commenting on the Huckster doing a simple three chord riff on a bass, that most teenagers can do half-stoned in a coma) "WOW, LOOK AT THOSE FINGERS MOVE! HE'S ON FIRE!"

And David Schuster simply wonders about how the CLintons, at once protective (and appropriately so) of their daughter, have no compulsion about using her to promote mom on their terms, without any limitation. (The View calls were way past the point of appropriate behavior).

And who gets suspended? Schuster, probably one of the more honorable people in cable media.

what a fucked up scenario.

I do not like the fact that he wondered if the Clintons were using their daughter inappropriately, and I dislike his phrasing. (Tis not Chelsea's fault she is being abused or misused) But was he wrong to raise the issue? Absolutely not.

3. I think not.
Jenna and Barb were out 'pimping' for Dubya's reelection in 2004 and the press said nary a word. Mitt's five sons couldn't go to Iraq because, according to Mitt, they were serving America by working for his election to President. My word, Mitt was not only pimping he was pimping his sons. I guess that makes him a pimper of males prostitutes.

Ridiculous! All candidates of all parties in all elections from president to dog catcher have members of their families on the campaign trail with them. Only the Clintons get called pimps when their daughter decides to help them. This just continues the pattern that has gone on of the press attacking the Clintons for anything and everything.

Please tell me in what way Bill Clinton abused his power while he was president and then please tell me how this is worse than anything this current administration has done. Then tell me why you think Ms Clinton if elected will continue this pattern of abuse evidently established by her husband.

Please note, I am not defending the Clintons for their policies. However, the 'abuse' of the Clintons began in the early 90's when Bill first decided to run. The right wing wacko's dug up dirt and then when they couldn't find any that would stick paid people to lie. The press has been just to glad to follow along with all of this for too many years.

Good for the family for speaking up and defending their daughter.

2. Let's stop
this Chelsea being abused or used crapola.

She's an extremely intelligent and accomplished person. If she doesn't want to give interviews? Fine. If they don't want her to be interviewed? Fine. That's their business and her life.

We've got more important things to "focus" on. You can't "turn the page" if you're reading the "Acknowledgements" over and over and over again. That is what Obama would describe as politics of the past.

Ignore it. He is. And, he's right.

Schuster has been suspended (rightfully so). It's done. The Clintons want the scandal to continue. That's politics of the past.

Let 'em feed.

4. Chelsea Clinton will be 28 years old this month. I hardly think she's being abused.
Can't we credit a grown woman with having the capacity to decide for herself whether to stump for her mother?

6. Exactly. Was there an outcry of this magnitude when Mitt Romney's FIVE SONS
all campaigned vigorously for him? Hell, each of them had his own myspace page and blog dedicated to campaigning for dad, and the youngest one is a full year younger than Chelsea Clinton.

the Bush twins campaigining in '04 for their father? I don't remember Kate or the Bush twins giving interviews to the press.

Shuster has many fans because of the Plamegate/Libby reporting...but that doesn't mean he might not have "issues with women" or that he was put up to it by his bosses at CNBC.

He said the Clinton's were "pimping" Chelsea...implying she is a whore. This is totally wrong and offensive. It was the second time he had to apologize for something he said. The first for a "gotcha" very agressive statement to Marsha Blackburn and the second for the Chelsea trashing. He deserved a suspension because it was his second apology in six months for his actions.

poor willard, wasting 45 million of his fortune on little or nothing. But at least his sons are safe and sound, away from Iraq.
