It's time to send a message to the Senate, don't confirm these nominees, in fact, confirm NONE of them, you DON'T have to even bring them up for a vote. So, just don't bother at all.

I don't see any reason for the Senate to bring one more nomination to the floor between now and January 21, 2009. At that time, they should confirm the tribunal to sit in judgment of Bush, Cheney and the rest of these bloodthirsty motherfuckers for their crimes against humanity.
