many are puzzled over the seaming marriage between the DLC and the Neo COn view of the world, regarding Empire

Well, here's a theory, one to chew on and one that might make some uncomfortable.

The Neocons have two factions, one faction went and took over the RNC and the other went to the DNC, and we know them as the centrist, triangulating sons of bitches better known as the DLC. Yep, they are better for us in internal affairs, but in international affairs they will be just as disastrous. Time for BOTH national parties to get rid of their neocons.

1. Both parties have ALWAYS

been imperialist. It is the nature of unrestricted capitalism to search out profits and imperialism gives those profits. The foreign policy of the US has NEVER EVER been good except in a few instances like World War 2 when the US corporate interests was close to the benefit of the masses. From the Native Americans, to the annexation of Hawaii, Alaska, and many former parts of Mexico, our oppression of Haiti and Latin/SOuth America, the Korean War, slavery, Vietnam, Panama bombing, Yugoslavia bombings, Panama attack, Grenada attack, support of Israeli and South African apartheid, ect ect ect ect our policy has always being imperialism, profit, domination, and racism. Cold hard facts but the truth is the leadership of both parties support it 100%.

2. not to mention

training death squads, starting civil war in Nicaragua, overthrowing Allende in Chile, attempting a coup in Venezuela, support of Saudi Royal family, sending vulture capitalists in to RUIN Eastern Europe after the fall of the USSR, control of Cuba up until the revolution, massacres in Guatamela...you really could go on and on...and this has happened under both parties.
