Tweety's show is spouting some crazy bullshit this morning
Edited on Sun Feb-25-07 11:23 AM by Atman
(ON EDIT: I changed the sub line from "scary" to "crazy." I think it fits better).

"The economy is going to be astonishingly good next year, and this will give the Republicans and edge to hold the WH."

Get ready. They're pouring it on thick this morning, using all Bush's fake economic numbers to justify why the democrats won't be able to win. What the hell kind of crack are these guys on?

3. Not a direct quote...it's the bearded "economist," Jim something
And Tweety is lapping it up. At least Dan Rather called bullshit on it...he said "It's Iraq, stupid," not the economy.

Jim Cramer?
The cokehead who pushed Enron stock before it collapesd? The clown who says EVERYONE can be a millionaire by investing in the Stock Market? I'd love to see that cokehead guide a family on minumum wage to a million in the market! He can't and he won't!

6. Won't matter
Just a bunch of ruling class wannabes with big incomes doing the circle jerk for their bosses. Our economy is built on personal insecurity, and this will hurt the Right no matter what the macro numbers say.

7. Class Warfare: The economy is going to be good, for who?
Maybe now is the time to start accentuating the difference between the rich and the middle class. hint: Tweety is not in the middle class, anymore.

13. cramer is saying that everyone owns stock so
Edited on Sun Feb-25-07 11:47 AM by ellenfl
everyone should be happy with the stock market and, by extension, the economy. the only stock i have is in my 401k-turned-ira and i haven't added to it since i rolled it many years ago! no millionaire here.

cramer also said that the big corps are going to be doing things in the next 18 months to shore up their corporatocracy before the dems take over in 2008 and start oversight of their practices. rather made a good crack about that . . . something to the effect that they would be 'enroning' while they still could.
