What would it take?
I am seriously asking myself, what would it tkae for a republican win this fall? They are pretty well known for doing whatever it takes to achieve this goal. IMO, it would take another 9/11 type disaster around August. Do you think they would try it again, given that they do not have the majority or presidency (assuming we win)to cover it up? I don't.

1. Nothing will help them. Even another terror attack would probably backfire.

4. The only two major terrorist attacks happening under a puke pres?
That was a one time only. The second attempt would enrage and motivate the electorate.

All they have now, is Diebold.

6. Many have been warning of the next false flag shoe to drop for several yrs
And not without justification. After all, U.S. reps have been openly stating that it's not a matter of if but when nukes will be used against us a la "terror" attack. Now, obviously, every time there's an election around the corner these suspicions heighten and nothing occurs, making the concerned appear way off the mark ... even though eventually they may not be. I really don't have a firm opinion on this, although I'd lean toward there not being another mass casualty attack.

However, given the outrageous criminality of this admin, and its many cohorts and enablers, the various anti-democratic legislation, Halliburton detainment camp contracts, the Military Commissions Act, and so forth, it is clear that the powers that be definitely have some rather sinister plans in mind ... so, who can say? My guess is that for now the NWO would rather apply a new, "friendlier" face to what's happening, and hope to quell the angry electorate that way.

7. How would a second attack on bush's watch help the R's?
I thought their whole thing was that our Wise and Wonderful Great Leader has protected us so well - look, no more attacks! bush got away with having ignored the warnings before, would we let him get away with it again?

9. If/when they stage another false flag, it will make 9/11 look pale by comparison
Within the emotional chaos of scores dead from a nuclear or bio/chemical attack, the public mind will be like a deer in the headlights. Very susceptible to all sorts of manipulation as many levels of the totalitarian infrastructure would be implemented overtly in the name of "security."

The media would gloss over the idea that the Bushites "failed to protect," and instead hammer home the desired message i.e. Iran, escalation of war, assigning blame to political dissidents for "aiding the enemy," and so forth. By and large people would buy it just as they have with nearly every Bush/Cheney atrocity.

10. If that's true, then we deserve what we get.
You paint Americans as unthinking, frightened children. The sad thing is, you may be right. We don't have much of a citizenry at this point. The public is now mostly uninformed scaredy-sheep.

12. It's hard to avoid applying judgments. It's not about "good" or "bad," but indoctrination
The citizenry has been systematically conditioned to depoliticization and passivity through the prevailing "lifestyle" of fashionable consumption.

8. Only if another
attack or incident caused civil unrest and Shrub used it as an excuse to invoke Martial Law and was someway able to stop the election. IMHO

...to have a Republican win in the GE.

I am convinced.
