weather or knot. Sheesh. enough already.
we've had more snow in Chicago than in recent memory. This weakened will be worse. Rain, snow, sleet, deep freeze, thaw, repeat.

I just saw the weather predatory predictions and again, the jaw drops and bounces on the desk.

MORE winter tornadoes in the south central region, all the way to Florida and up the coast?

Global warming scientists have made a major mistake. They did not frame the issue properly, as their science and compter simulation studies improved. That has led the neocons and religious reichists to decry global warming, especially in midwinter, as icicles form on mustaches and beards. The problem is simple - the term "Global Warming". While somewhat accurate, a better way to describe it would be growing instability and increasing frequency and strength of storms, along with a changing and increasing of the lenghth of formerly normal storm seasons. But it looks like we are stuck with

a) the term global warming
b) an easy way for idiots and assholes to dismiss real science and real problems
c) a hard job to educate people and getting them to move on carbon footprints, efficiency increases, and transportation alternatives.

3. "Global Climate Destabilization" seems to cover it, doesn't it?
Given the unexpectedly frozen rivers in Tajikistan, snow in Israel, the horrendous rains falling where they have not fallen before, horrendous droughts where no droughts have struck before...."global climate destabilization" is awkward but less easy to pooh-pooh, imo.
