A lady called into Washington Journal with comments on Primary race. In passing she mentioned some particularly ignorant thing that Chris Mathews said on air. She gave him the perfect name. The good woman called him "That Chowder-Head"

Love it! I will find it difficult to ever call him 'tweety' again.

One of the better definitions of him was Sybil. Ya never know if he took his meds...and even then what 'turrets syndrome' will emit from his pie hole.

I got a kick out of the lady's logic why she can't vote for Obama...cause he supported Liebermann. Now didn't Hillary as well? Ah, that right, it's Washington Journal...spin always trumps facts.

Don't forget ... some of those callers are putting on an "act".
The most common "act" is .. "I'm a liberal Democrat, but I have a gun collection, and I don't believe in abortion".
These people call Mike Malloy show all the time.

A couple years ago these were the same callers who would say "I used to be a Democrat..." . I've long pointed out the astroturfing that goes on with Washington Journal. The fun is knowing the spin when you hear it...and, yes, trying to figure whose astroturfing it.
