Electricity outage again in Central California (Southern California Edison)
Edited on Sun Feb-24-08 01:09 PM by shance
For the third time in two months my friend and her disabled son have been stuck without electricity/heat by Southern California Edison for over twenty four hours.

Anyone else having problems in Three Rivers/Tulare County?

1. I'm in Chico, northern Central CA and we're having wind gusts 40-50 MPH-weather related outages?

2. No problem here in between Tulare and Visalia
The electricity cutoff for a split second on Friday (just enough to restart my PC) but we never lost power.

The Three Rivers area gets a lot more lightning than down here on the valley floor, I bet losing power up there is fairly common.

I hope everything works out for your friend and her son.
