Geeze, what next? Will we make it until 1/20/2009?

More troops, more money, more suffering. We have no say in ****'s despotic attempt to rule the world. Every day there is another sad, maddening story in the paper. This 65 year old granny has had it up to her grey hair with this bunch of fools in Washington.

I feel our only chance was John Edwards and even that chance was taken from us.

Somehow I hope John has something real in mind when he told us to "keep our powder dry". In the old days, my Dad used that phrase when he meant for us to be patient. I wonder if the same is true today. I hope so because I've about given up.

As I listed to the candidates going at it, I wonder if anything will really change.

1. Since the rule of law has been thrown under a rock, I don't know how the fabric is holding together

society without some real disturbances. I think we're taking on water.

continue to make things tenuous. The battle back to democracy and some semblance of humanity will be a long road if it ends up even traveled.
