What is the best way to respond to Republicans who deliberately call Obama 'Osama'?

Rush Limbaugh the Hutt routinely calls Obama 'Osama'. Many lesser right wing radio hosts have been doing the same, as have right wingers I have encountered- It is so bloody childish. I'm usually left speechless by people who call Obama 'osama'. What's the best rebuttal to give a right winger for such infantile behavior?

and I have had repuke colleagues at work say this "Osama Obama" crap to me. Of course, they only say it ONCE because I embarrass the hell out of them - LOUDLY. It goes like this: "If you don't know the difference between an American senator and the guy who murdered 3000 people while your beloved bush sat on his ass reading a kiddie book, you truly do have your head up your ass.
