US Air Force makes a deal with foreign supplier

The U.S. Air Force has made an agreement with EADS, the European aircraft manufacturer, which has been vying against Chicago-based Boeing for the large military contract.

EADS is the winner of a US$40 billion military aircraft contract to supply refuelling aircraft to the airforce.

Is it just me or in these days of people out of work in america that OUR TAX DOLLARS got to a foreign country
rather than Boeing???

1. I'm perfectly happy with the chocolate and cheesemakers
controlling vital technology for the US military.

It undoubtedly makes the world a safer place from US.
