1. While I have little confidence in DiFi
the vote caging scandal could bring the whole RNC down.

You see, they were caught doing it a couple of decades ago. There was a stink, a trial, and a quiet settlement in which the RNC signed an agreement never to engage in it again.

What started as a political party has degenerated into an interstate racketeering organization and the vote caging is one part they can prove.

RICO, anyone?

4. Senator Whitehouse's bill is perfect
I worked w/the Brennan Center - they sent me the CD w/Florida's files. It's a bi-partisan winner of a proposal. No more categorical sweeps ... he gets it!

8. Sorry ... it was a fine performance. He had an aide w/him and was
able to respond when challenged. Bennett wasn't happy w/penalties for poll watchers, but what could he say? Whitehouse was able to cite precedent.

Well worth waiting through the nonsense on robocalls ... heck, that's protected speech.
