Where can I find a transcript of the Black State of the Union 2008?

I watched some of it on C-SPAN last night and saw Dick Gregory get on a rant about "white boys" putting "something" in malt liquor, which, according to him, is the reason for all the violence. This seems like a scandal of major proportions. Certainly there's a Pulitzer awaiting the journalist who cracks this case! I have no doubt that the brilliant scientific mind of Dick Gregory is on to something here.

I seriously thought the BSU 2008 was going to be something important, but it turned out to be finger-pointing and blame-shifting and conspiracy theories along the lines of the aforementioned. Kind of disappointing.

I saw part of it also. Plainly stated by others. Race trumps party.
