"Prince Harry" & story, "The Most Dangerous Game" about hunting humans

Rich, boy goes to Afghanistan to hunt humans. This reminds me of this famous short story:

"The Most Dangerous Game" by Richard Connell. It concerns a big-game hunter trapped on the island of a sadistic fellow hunter who, bored with conventional prey, has come to see humans as the only quarry worthy of his skill (human hunting).

This is probably the worst story in the world today: rich "prince" goes to Afghanistan to kill peasants.
