Can March 15th be our last stand?
In my vision, WE prove we are more resilient and more capable and more enduring than those who have controlled the "system" via fraud and corruption and CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST our people and our laws and our Constitution and our hopes and values and ideals.

I've gathered a few who had rejected the notion of taking a stand: a neighbor, a son, a brother and a couple of friends. My neighbor was a LIFE-long Republican (he is 78-years old) and registered 'independent' and WILL attend the MARCH ON WASHINGTON. My son rejected politics as burdensome and bullshit but registered to vote and is enthusiastic about attending the next march, pulling his buddies with him. My brother was educated to BELIEVE in theories that proved wrong and, although he still plays that game, is prepared for the first time in his life to participate in something greater than himself. My closest friends took a break from activism because they needed some SANE TIME away from the insanity.

I believe I can gather a few more.

This is a POLITICAL YEAR. Will WE rise to that challenge.

I have pictures of WORLD-WIDE PROTESTS AGAINST THE IRAQ WAR. The media failed to report. Those pictures are,...breathtaking!!!

The media FAILED TO REPORT. Will we fail to report, to DO OUR DUTY, with respect to those who sacrificed their lives on our behalf FOR EQUALITY AND DEMOCRACY AND BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS?

The robber barons and criminal profiteers DECLARED WAR ON YOU AND ME AND OUR PEOPLE!

So, what are you going to do?

1. Failed to REPORT
"Did you go crazy or did you report?"

I always had trouble with that lyric. But it came to me clearly while reading your post.

On That Day

Words and music by Leonard Cohen
and Anjani Thomas

Some people say
It’s what we deserve
For sins against g-d
For crimes in the world
I wouldn’t know
I’m just holding the fort
Since that day
They wounded New York
Some people say
They hate us of old
Our women unveiled
Our slaves and our gold
I wouldn’t know
I’m just holding the fort
But answer me this
I won’t take you to court
Did you go crazy
Or did you report
On that day
On that day
They wounded New York

2. It was sins against humanity,...hidden.
Sins against humanity, STILL HIDDEN.

Those who "WOUND" this country,...

,...well,...

I know WHO and WHOM has harmed ME, MY PEOPLE, MY NATION, and DEMOCRACY the most,...THE MOST.

SHALL I CALL HIM AND HIS,..."TERRORISTS"?

No?

Unthinkable, huh.
