This might sound like an ignorant question....
I haven't witnessed this first-hand, but it seems that there is some dislike among Lationos and African Americans in this country. Can anybody tell me what that's all about, or am I just plain wrong about it?

2. You're Asking White People This Question???
I know there are Black and Latino DUers and I hope they chime in here...and we all may learn a thing or two here.

A good explanation is that both groups are still toward the bottom of the economic and social strata in this country and are forced to compete against each other for the table scraps the rich whites throw at them. The corporate media loves to paint this kind of division as it marginalizes the fact they take so little time to understand black and latino issues and only view things from their ivory tower.

4. These two groups are often played-off against each other to prevent the general recognition...
The political types often play these two groups
off against each other to prevent the general
recognition that *EVERYONE* of every racial or
ethnic group deserves full rights in our society.
