Government announces a change in emblem

Official Announcement:
The government today announced that it is changing its emblem from an Eagle to a CONDOM because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance. A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you’re actually being screwed!

Damn, it just doesn't get more accurate than that.

7. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. The outer edge of

the seal took a lot of work to clean up.

stretched on my wide screen laptop, a lot of times it distorts pics too much.

10. If you have a basic image editor. Create a blank image of the same size

as your screen size. Mine is 1280X960. Use the eyedropper and capture the color of the background.

Fill the empty image with that background color. Now go back to the graphic and select all, then copy. Now bring the image with the color background forward and paste the graphic onto it. Flatten the image.


Instead of going to all that work, change the way your computer displays desktop images. Have it center them.
