6. No, I'm
a "humanist." Although I agree with feminist goals, I don't label myself.

7. I have been a feminist since 1973, while I was still in HS.
I applied for and entry-level kennel position at a local veterinary clinic to get some experience and make sure I was truly interested in a veterinary career. The (male) practice owner interviewed me, then informed me that he wasn't going to hire me because it was a "boy's job". I explained that I was interested in becoming a veterinarian and he scoffed, saying that women didn't belong in vet school, taking up space, because they just quit to get married and have kids. And that women didn't make good vets, or some such BS.

I proceeded to prove him, and those of his ilk, a complete ass.

10. Yes
Until women are equal around the globe, we're all in danger. We've made significant progress in the US and western countries, but there are women in dire straights in far too many corners of the world.

14. No. I have no use for that label whatsoever.
It seems to me that what passes as modern-day "feminism" is mainly a push by upper class white women to "succeed" in male-defined corporate cultural terms. Whereas I would prefer to see the entire paradigm utterly destroyed.
