A "benefit" of quitting Olbermann -
I have no idea what is happening with American Idol and, were it not the main story on Yahoo, which is my Homepage, I wouldn't be aware that it is going on.

Baseball went from being "America's Past Time" about the time horse racing stopped being the "sport of kings".

5. I really don't buy his "the producers make me
do it" whine. C'mon. It's HIS show. He loves that stuff. He's like our local news station during sweeps week. "Teenage Hookers: How Young is Too Young? Story at 10." Keith has some wonderful moments of outrage towards the right. Bless him for those moments -- sandwiched in between a whole lot of E! info-tainment.
