15. Actually, there are two things that are great about it.

One, the word is getting out! We can't have enough of that.

Two, if we know how they're stealing, we can ramp up our efforts.

It's not depressing. It might p!ss you off, but the efforts that are being made by so many smart people may make you feel better. Some great interviews with the core people in the election reform movement. :)
