Mark Zandi, chief economist of MoodysEconomy.com, reports that the amount of Bush's "rebate" stimulus checks will be almost equal in dollar value to the escalated price of gasoline. So in essence, "Bandar" Bush is robbing the Treasury in order to stimulate WHOSE economy?
