6. Naw, they only call in dates
that cost more than what it takes them to take out their spouses. :) (maybe they just don't want to feel guilty for being so cheap  )

5. I've done it two weeks in a row now. I'm learning how to do new
foods. I got the recipe for tonight from the cooking channel. You can log in and download recipes to your recipe box. I have 3 in the box now. LOL

12. I'm really new at this no meat stuff, but I'm giving it a go. Thanks for the link.
I think I'm too new to try the substitutes yet. Sounds scarey.

4. I always hear about
these things after they happen. I have read nada about a meat out.
I had my mother's Portuguese beef and wine recipe slow cooked in a clay pot with some potatoes added near the end of cooking. Whoops.

11. Hell, I ain't had meat in I can't remember how long.
Lessee, today I had some alfredo noodles with veggies and garlic bread, and tuna casserole. (I eat seafood. Does that count as meat for Meatout Monday?)

13. Ugh I don't know, but yeah, I think that's cheating. Vegies or substitutes only.
I was turned onto these asian vegies with waterchestnuts and what not in a bag. Did them in some sesame oil for lunch and yummmmmmmmmm. Easy too.
