Poll question: Petty theft results in petty punishment. Grand theft results in grand punishment. How about sex?
Not right now? Okay. I digress...

But should a similar standard be applied to somebody who illegally spends, say, $10 on sex as opposed to somebody who spends, say, $80,000 on sex?

1. petty sex? grand sex? i digress as well
you should be able to sell your body if you wish...should not be illegal...but the idea you are thinking of applies in a lot of other places...drugs as an example...can you be charged with intent to distribute your body?

4. Yes, and with 80K or more possibly in the mix, there's
no way in hell that all of that money will be traced back to Spitzer's income.

Maybe outside of hell, but I think he's stuck in hell.

5. something is up...
80K to move around on a prosecutor and then governor salary??? unless he was independently wealthy...and i don't know if he is or isn't...but unless he was, the REAL investigation should include if not focus on where the heck did that $80K come from...
